Named after the Italian region that is home to Venice and Romeo & Juliet, the Veneto Salami is made with fresh ingredients including premium free range Australian Pork and is naturally soft and noted for its lovely flavour that can only come from traditional dry curing. Blended with a subtle infusion of Red Wine, Pink Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper it’s the ideal family all rounder and always a popular choice with our Italian customers. Eat straight from the packaging sliced on a cheese board or serve in a sandwich, also great tossed through pasta or potato salad. Due to its easy going flavour profile Veneto can be enjoyed by the whole family and eaten with pretty much anything – literally!
