This traditional Italian style pork Salami originates from the Calabrese region of Italy, sweet, juicy with a good hit of Chilli. Calabrese was designed to be eaten on pizza with melted Mozzarella and fresh sprigs of Rosemary. This classic is great  served with most cheeses, and marries nicely with an ice cold lager, a chilled red or the classic pairing of a full bodied Shiraz.
