‘Salame al Tartufo’ is a treat for special occasions, made using the finest free-range Australian Pork and imported Italian Black Summer Truffles. The reason truffles are so highly prized is the scarcity of the produce, truffles are seasonal, extremely difficult to grow and take many years to cultivate. “The King of Traditional Salami” harnesses a nutty rich, deep flavour, a little mushroomy, cured, executed and mastered with our premium pork. It’s best served with a sharp Pecorino cheese and accompanied by crisp dry white wine or European style lager.
