Ingredients:
- 1 cup sliced Goose on the Loose Calabrese Salami
- Fresh parsley
- 1 Baguette/French stick
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Garlic
- Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Combine melted butter with garlic, salt, and finely chopped fresh parsley.
- Slice the baguette, cut it in half, and generously spoon garlic butter into each incision.
- Generously stuff the sliced baguette with cheese and calabrese.
- Wrap in foil, leaving the top uncovered to speed up cheese melting and crisp up the bread.
