Pesto, Salami and Cheese Melts

Time to Cook: 15 Minutes


  • 1 Turkish Roll, cut in half
  • Pesto Paste
  • Your choice of Goose on the Loose salami (we used Veneto)
  • 100g Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Preheat grill on high or about 180ºC
  2. Grill the cut side of the turkish bread for 2 minutes or until browned
  3. Spread pesto paste onto the toasted bread
  4. Place 6-7 slices of salami on top of both pieces of bread
  5. Top with cheese and place under the grill for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted
  6. ENJOY!
