I bought this at Smelly Cheese shop in Hunter Valley On Monday, it was very tasty and I finished within 5 days, I like the tangy and peppery taste, the texture is a bit loose which I like it, can’t go back to the normal salamis where I usually bought at the supermarkets, I also bought the Duck Salami, it was too good, I need to get more.
