Delicious and easy to make, this recipe makes for a tasty spread on crackers, bread, or sandwiches. With just a few ingredients, you can whip up this delicious treat in less than 10 minutes.



300g brie cheese

2 tbsp honey

1 cup diced salami



1. Take the cheese out of the fridge and peel off the outer layer, trying not to waste too much of the inside part.

2. Chop the inside part and put it into a food processor or an electric mixer bowl.

3. Mix or whip until it's very light and smooth. It might take some time to become smooth, so be patient and scrape the sides of the bowl occasionally to make sure it's well-mixed.

4. Put the chopped salami into the creamy cheese and stir until it's all mixed together.

5. Put the cheese on a plate and add your favourite toppings. We used honey and extra salami!
