Get ready for a flavour explosion! This delicious and easy snack is mixed with the delicious taste of salami with crispy tartlet shells. They're easy to make and super tasty, perfect for any occasion!




  • 3 sheets puff pastry
  • 100 g salami chopped sliced
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 tbs basil chopped fresh




  1. Apply a thin layer of grease to two 12-hole tart trays.
  2. Using a 6.5cm cutter, slice the pastry into 24 rounds.
  3. Arrange the rounds in the greased trays, then evenly distribute the salami and shallots among the pastry shells.
  4. Pour the mixture of eggs, sour cream, tomato paste, and basil into the shells, then bake at 190°C for around 25 minutes, or until they're golden brown and puffed up.
  5. Serve while still warm. (Note: Cooked tartlets are suitable to freeze. Not suitable for microwaves.
