Ingredients

Servings: 4 people

  • Your noodle of choice
  • 1 cup of Goose on the Loose diced salami
  • 1 cup vegetables (anything in your fridge will be fine)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Noodle Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce or sub with dark soy sauce and add more sugar to taste
  • 2 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 120 ml chicken stock low sodium
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch

Instructions

    1. In a small bowl, combine noodle sauce ingredients. Set aside.
    2. Soak frozen noodles in hot boiling water just until loosened. Strain immediately and set aside.
    3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan on medium heat. Fry sliced salami (optional).
    4. Add green onions and allow these to cook for 20-30 seconds until fragrant.
    5. Toss in noodles and add noodle sauce until well combined. The sauce should thicken. If needed, increase to medium high heat to help thicken the sauce.
    6. Remove off heat. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
