Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup slices of Goose on the Loose salami
- 1/4 cup sliced cheese (cheddar or gouda)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 cup fruits of your choice
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Set your oven to 220°C and let it preheat.
- Slice the puff pastry and wrap each piece around a small ball of aluminium foil.
- Place the foil-wrapped pastry into a muffin tin, shaping it into cups, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
