This Italian toast makes a tasty base for many different toppings including salami, tomatoes, or basil!
Time to Prepare: 10-15 minutes
- 6 slices of French baguette, toasted
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- Goose on the Loose of your choice, thinly sliced
- ½ TSP Pepper
- 6 slices of tomatoes
- Cream cheese
- Basil Leaves for Garnish
- Toast both sides of the bread and then drizzle with a dash of olive oil.
- Cover the toasted bread with cream cheese, add Goose on the Loose salami slices and tomatoes
- Add pepper to taste
- Garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy!
