This Italian toast makes a tasty base for many different toppings including salami, tomatoes, or basil!

Serves: 2
Time to Prepare: 10-15 minutes


  • 6 slices of French baguette, toasted
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Goose on the Loose of your choice, thinly sliced
  • ½ TSP Pepper
  • 6 slices of tomatoes
  • Cream cheese
  • Basil Leaves for Garnish


  1. Toast both sides of the bread and then drizzle with a dash of olive oil.
  2. Cover the toasted bread with cream cheese, add Goose on the Loose salami slices and tomatoes
  3. Add pepper to taste
  4. Garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy!
