Australia Post information
All goods are sent unregistered and uninsured via Australia Post.
Delivery times for Australia Post are generally 2-3 days for major cities in the Eastern states and up to 5+ days for other locations.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 business day from placing your order. This is dependent our current weather conditions and your location. During the hotter months our dispatch may be delayed to avoid extreme weather. We dispatch online orders from Armidale NSW 2350, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. We do not dispatch on a Thursday or Friday to avoid the parcel sitting in Australia Post transit over the weekend.
Depending on your location, delivery of your order may take 2-10 business days. If the items are required by a specific day, please ensure you place your order well in advance and contact us to see if we can dispatch earlier.
Please note that the delivery timeline is an estimate only and we are unable to guarantee delivery on or before a certain date. However, in many cases, orders are delivered earlier than estimated. Please allow extra time for your deliveries to arrive during busy periods.
Goose on the Loose is not responsible for the loss of unattended items when left at your house.
If an item from your order is lost in transit by our delivery partner, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please check for damage before accepting for your delivery. Damaged item claims may not be accepted in cases where the delivery was accepted for as items received in good condition. If you notice any damage on the item, please contact us immediately.
If an item is delivered damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We may require images to support your claim. If required, the damaged item or part will be replaced in line with our returns policy.
