    I’ve hated Australian made salamis since having lived in Europe and having enjoyed the good stuff over there, finally an Australian made pork and fennel salami worth getting excited about.

    I’d still like an option of one with chunkier pieces of meat and fat as well, but the flavour is on point. I feel like I’m back in Parma.

    I bought this from Amatos in Leichhardt.
